Login for the first time
After you apply online from the website, you will receive the following two emails.
① Information on completing membership registration
② Information on completing driver registration
Please follow the steps below to set the password for your member ID and driver ID.
An email "Information on completing driver registration" will be sent to the member email address you registered when applying for membership. Click on the URL written in the body of the email.
A login screen will be displayed. Please enter the "Driver ID" and "Initial Password" written in the email body and press [Login].
The password change screen will be displayed.
Enter your initial password in "Current Password" and enter your own password in "New Password".6 or more alphanumeric charactersPlease enter the password for

The next time you log in, please log in using your "driver ID" and password of your choice.

Reservation rules
How to make a reservation
Please access the member website on your computer or mobile device (mobile phone, smartphone) and make a reservation.
Reservations are available 24 hours a day, all year round.is.
Reservable dates and maximum number of reservations
Reservations can be made from 3 months in advance of the date of use.
The maximum number of reservations that can be made is 15 per member. If you have multiple drivers registered,
The total number of reservations for all registered drivers is limited to 15.
The same driver cannot make reservations for multiple vehicles at the same time.
Changes, cancellations, and extensions of reservations
Please change your reservation at least 60 minutes before the reservation start time. Changes cannot be made after 60 minutes before the reservation start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will incur a 50% fee of the reservation time fee.
Reservations can be changed up to two times from the time a new reservation is made until 60 minutes before the reservation start time.
If you cancel after the start time, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation time fee.
You can extend your reservation up to two times during the usage time. (Only if there is no reservation for the next user. Shortening is not possible.)
Even if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation end time, you will be charged for the reserved time.
If you use the service after the end time without permission, you will be charged double the usage fee and a business compensation fee of 3,000 yen per use.
