When you forget something
Even if you realize that you left something behind after you have finished using it, you can open and close the door within 10 minutes of returning it. If more than 10 minutes have passed, please contact the Help Desk (24-hour reception).

How to unlock the door
By pressing [Unlock Lost Item] on the member page, you can open the door only once.

How to lock the door
When you have finished collecting your lost items, close all doors and press [Lock Door].
