Car sharing is made possible by your cooperation.
Please follow the rules and enjoy a wonderful trip.
Always check the vehicle before departure
Please inspect your vehicle for any scratches, dents, or abnormalities before departure.
*If there is any abnormality, please be sure to contact us.
Please be careful not to get the inside of the car dirty.
It is prohibited to bring kerosene or anything with a strange odor into the vehicle. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle and pets are not allowed on board.
(Please use the loading platform of the deck van for bait and other items that tend to have a strong odor.)
Please be sure to return the item within the specified time.
If you exceed the limit, you will be charged a surcharge, so please make your reservation well in advance.
If you are running late, please call us as we can extend your appointment if the next person does not have a reservation.
[Unauthorized overage fee] 3,000 yen + 200% of hourly fee for each unauthorized extension
About cancellation fee
Until 24 hours before start of use: Free
After 24 hours: 50% of usage fee
After the start time of use: 100% of the usage fee
*This excludes unavoidable circumstances such as ferry cancellations, so please contact us by phone or email.
ご返却時の注意
・Please take your garbage home with you.
・Please be sure to return the item to its original location.
・If you wish to use the drop-off service, please apply by the previous business day.
・Please be sure to refuel before returning.

Please be sure to report any accidents or scratches.
Please report promptly even if it is a minor accident (including accidents resulting in personal injury).
In the unlikely event that no report is made, a penalty fee will be charged. 10,000 yen per time
In addition, we will charge you the full amount equivalent to the cost of repair.

Prohibition of delivery business and white taxi operations
Use for delivery services, mobile sales, and white taxi activities is strictly prohibited.
About business guarantee deposit/non-operation charge (NOC)
If we are unable to rent the item due to an accident, theft, malfunction*, defacement, etc., we will charge a business security deposit (NOC).
* Limited to breakdowns due to reasons attributable to the member or driver.
