For Customers Visiting from Overseas

If you have a valid driver’s license that allows you to drive in Japan, you can rent a car with us.

The type of license required depends on the country where your license was issued.

1. International Driving Permit (IDP): Must be based on the 1949 Geneva Convention※1 and issued by a country that is a signatory of the convention. It should be in booklet format.

2. Foreign Driver’s License + Japanese Translation: Applicable for licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan. You will need an official Japanese translation.

3. SOFA License + U.S. Military ID: For U.S. military personnel stationed in Japan.

【Regarding Membership Registration】

Since the membership registration form is the Japanese version, please fill out the form carefully, taking note of the following.

For postal code, please enter "0000000".For address, select "Overseas" and enter your actual address in the provided field.

License numbers must be 12 digits long. If they do not match, fill in the 12 digits with any number (e.g. 000000).

Please upload the following photo of your driver's license.

　1. International driver's license: page showing expiration date + photo page

　2. Foreign driver's license: front and back of your country's driver's license + Japanese translation

　3. US Forces Japan Personal Vehicle Operator's Permit (SOFA) / US military ID

After you apply, we will verify the details.

Please register our WhatsApp or LINE accounts so that we can contact you in case of an emergency while using the service.

Your ID will be sent to the email address you registered, and your membership registration will be complete once we have confirmed your registration.

*LINE has a translation function, so if you have difficulty speaking Japanese, please register using LINE.

【Reservations】

Once you have completed your membership registration, you will receive an email notifying you that your driver registration has been completed.

After logging in with the driver ID and password provided in the email, you can make reservations on the member page.

On the member page, you can confirm and change your reservation details and operate the vehicle on the day (lock and unlock the doors), etc.

Please log in before the date and time of your use.
